Streaming Good partnership and goals

Streaming Good allows us to magnify the efforts of a non-profit organization whose mission and values align with our own. We are currently excited to be streaming good with the American Cancer Society. We will do good, be good and feel good as we follow their lead in diminishing suffering caused by cancer.

While the Streaming Good program unites HealthStream with a partner organization every year, it also bands HealthStream employees with each other in their efforts to achieve a designated, "Streaming Good Goal." This goal is related to the partner organization's programs and is tracked internally.

Our inaugural Streaming Good Goal is to have 100% participation from our HealthStream team members. From attending our Relay For Life event to sharing a #StreamingGood social post to his or her personal timeline, HealthStreamers will have many different opportunities to partake in this exciting new initiative. *Pictured here are HealthStreamers from our San Diego office participating in a local Relay for Life.

Achievements of the American Cancer Society include:

COVID-19 Pandemic and Streaming Good

CEO Bobby Frist recently challenged HealthStream employees to engage in a “Streaming Good” activity that focuses on helping others as we all live through the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The activities could include, for example, donating blood to the American Red Cross, sending a note of encouragement to a nurse, volunteering to get groceries for an elderly neighbor, or a wide range of other activities that help others in some way. HealthStream and its nearly 900 employees are honored to offer support to our communities during this challenging time—and particularly to the brave healthcare professionals battling this pandemic each day.
